Lois Designs Terms and Conditions of Business

When you use us as a business to place an order or quote with us, these Terms and Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between us. You are responsible for carefully reviewing these Terms and Conditions of Business before using our website and before processing an order or quotation online, over the phone or in the shop front. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions of Business below, you should not use our services. We have the right to modify our Terms and Conditions of Business, so please review them periodically.

Payment Terms

Orders will not be processed until payment has been made. Unless authorised before hand.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

​

We do not accept cheques.

​

Late payments will be charged statutory interest which is set by the Bank of England Base Rate along with compensation charges and may also incur other administration fees.

Orders

We will send you a visual proof for you to check before we start on your order. These will need to be checked carefully and approved by the customer. Once your visual proof has been approved and we start your order, any further changes may be subject to a fee.

By approving the artwork, you have accepted full liability, therefore should any incorrect information or artwork be approved by the customer, we will not be liable for any extra costs involved.

Please note that we order blank clothing, garments and products from wholesaler distributors and then customise these items with printing and embroidery for our clients. All sizes and colours shown online from their catalogues are not under our control, and we cannot be held accountable for colour variations from on screen colours to real product colours, nor can we be held responsible for sizing issues.

Please make sure you have checked the size guides available on the catalogues to ensure you are ordering the right size.

​

We are not liable for any damage caused to your own items during the printing/embroidery process.

​

Artwork Disclaimer

We will print/embroider the artwork you supply to us. When supplying us with your artwork you confirm the artwork is yours to use and free from copyright infringement. You accept full responsibility in the event of any copyright infringement.

The visual artwork you will receive is not always to scale.

​

Please note that colours on computer screens will differ from monitor to monitor. If you require an exact colour please let us know or visit the shop to choose an exact colour from our thread and vinyl samples. We will not be held liable for colour variations.

Refunds and Returns

Once garments have been customised, returns will not be permitted unless the garment develops a fault outside of normal wear and tear.

​

You will need to notify us of any issues regarding your order within 7 days of collection.

​

We will only issue a refund or exchange on plain clothing or school uniform if the item has not been worn and is in perfect condition.

​

Refunds for any plain or customised items will only be issued after we have received the returned items and items are not used or damaged in anyway.
 

Refunds can take up to 7 business days to process.

​

In the event of goods arriving with production or manufacturing errors we reserve the right to correct these prior to offering a refund.
